CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I am supporting a globally recognised brand on customer-centric analytics hire. Within this role you will liaise with key stakeholders across areas such as CRM, Marketing and Finance, generating insights and producing highly valuable reports.
THE ROLE
The successful Customer Insight Analyst responsibilities will include:
* Analyse and derive insights from customer data using Excel and SQL
* Assist in automating and executing regular customer reports, present findings and insights to key stakeholders.
* Create compelling highlights and effectively communicate analysis to key stakeholders
* Conduct in-depth analysis of customer performance to address business challenges and questions
* Develop clear and strategic presentations for senior leadership and partner teams
* Provide comprehensive customer-centric insights to address business questions holistically
* Collaborate with Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, and Media teams to enhance customer analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in Customer Insights/Marketing/CRM analytics
* Advanced Excel skills and SQL exposure
* Effectively communicate actionable insights and translate intricate analyses into meaningful recommendations
* Have experience presenting to senior teams, providing support, and influencing decision-making
* Exhibit strong self-motivation, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail
* Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
THE BENEFITS
