What You Can Expect
* Location - Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
* Salary - £65,000 - £75,000
* Industry - Financial services

Key Responsibilities as a Reward Manager
* Co create the long-term reward strategy for the business across the UK.
* Building a brand-new reward strategy from the ground up and presenting to c suite executives.
* Critically monitor and review current policies and practices.
* Support the delivery of the business agenda.
* Present and engage with senior level executives.
Core Experience and Skills
* Rolled out rewards strategies and policies for companies of over 1000 headcount.
* Be familiar with different grading systems and banding within a business.
* Have used data to drive decisions being able to present key findings to stakeholders.
* Technical reward expertise.
