Roofing Estimator - Roofing and Cladding
Our client, Cladding and Roofing Contractors are seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator to join their team due to rapid company growth.
As the Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in flat roofing and cladding, with strong computer literacy and the ability to read and measure from drawings.

Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects.
* Utilize Excel and pricing software to produce accurate and competitive bids.
* Analyse drawings and specifications to ensure all necessary components are included in estimates.
* Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive proposals.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements
* Proven experience in flat roofing and cladding estimation.
