Role
Client Consultation:
* Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.
* Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
Implementation:
* The Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant will lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
* Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client requirements.
* Conduct data migration and integration with other systems.
Training and Support:
* Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central issues.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Project Management:
* Manage project timelines, deliverable, and client expectations.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
* Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Profile
* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously known as NAV).
* Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.
* Proficiency in system configuration, customisation, and integration.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
