Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
* Processing invoices
* Posting invoices through system
* Supplier statement recs
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Making payments
* Staff expenses
* Processing/admin
* Match batching coding
* Setting up supplier accounts
* Filing invoices
* Data entry
* Ownership of inbox
* Assisting or doing payment run
* Bank reconciliations
* System - Netsuite
Profile:
The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable. You must have used Netsuite.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
The temporary Accounts Payable role will be paying circa £15-£18 per hour, dependant on experience.
