Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Beeston, Nottinghamshire

Salary: Up to £40k pro rata + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a leading Healthcare Company, serving diverse sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and the emergency services.
The Role:

As an Occupational Health Advisor
, you will provide case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and OH advice requests.
Duties:

* Produce professional, evidence-based written reports.
* Advise on OH legislative requirements and best practices.
* Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance per protocols.
* Evaluate medical and surveillance results, providing fitness advice and escalating as needed.
* Provide additional OH services like vaccinations and health promotion when competent.
* Supervise and support team members, including OH Technicians.
Requirements:

* Previously worked as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
* Have a valid NMC PIN
* Skilled in: Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Case Management, Fitness for Role Assessments
Shift:

* Full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Part-time hybrid position: 30 hours over 4 days (3 days on-site, 1 day remote)
