This role provides a unique opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to primarily engage in projects within the insurance and residential sectors, working closely with local authorities and housing associations.

* Experience within the insurance & residential sectors is beneficial but not essential
* Ideally chartered with MRICS
* Previous consultancy experience is beneficial
