Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager (Lancashire and Cumbria)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE
Office Location: Bolton
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8am to 6pm
Position reports to: CEO and Head of Legal

Role Overview:
As the Regional Business Development Manager for Professional Services, you will be at the forefront of promoting the Law Firms legal expertise in the Lancashire and Cumbria region. Leading a team and collaborating closely with legal professionals, your role is pivotal in expanding our client base and elevating our presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to promote professional services, including contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
* Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our legal services to businesses in the Lancashire and Cumbria region.
* Collaborate with the legal team to understand service offerings and tailor pitches and presentations to meet client needs.
* Establish and maintain a strong network within the professional services community, attending industry events, and leveraging connections to enhance business opportunities.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and market trends to the CEO and Head of Legal.
Qualifications/Work Experience:
* Proven experience in selling High Value, Single Ticket products or services within either of professional services, IT, Digital Marketing, Corporate Finance, Data, SAAS sectors.
* Strong understanding of legal services, particularly in contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex legal concepts to potential clients.
* Ability to lead and self motivate, driving results in a competitive market.
