Senior Finance Manager - Transport Business - Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Working Model: 2/3 days in office
About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a prestigious transport business located in Central London. Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to lead their finance team and drive financial excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: * Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of three qualified accountants, promoting a high-performance and collaborative environment.
* Year-End Reporting: Oversee the year-end reporting process, ensuring the timely preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Project Accounting: Provide financial oversight and support for various projects, ensuring accurate project accounting and comprehensive financial tracking.
* Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts to support strategic financial planning and effective liquidity management.
* Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to produce insightful financial reports and support strategic decision-making.
* Process Improvement: Continuously enhance financial processes and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

About You: To be considered for this role, you will need:

* Professional accounting qualification (ideally ICAEW/ICAS)
* Experience of working in industry
