Opportunity:

As a Sales Executive, you will be involved in the daily operations of the Dundee store. You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals, ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service and business objectives are met. Responsibilities:

- Contribute to all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and performance
- Be part of a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Achieve targets by providing excellent product knowledge to clientele
- Assist with visual merchandising standards to showcase products in an enticing and appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability, conducting regular stock takes and assisting replenishment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offer a fresh perspective, and implement new ideas that can improve the customer experience, sales and the team’s way of working
