Job Description:
Just Recruitment is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a company based in Witham.
You will be responsible for full inspection of manufactured products from start to finish of the production process ensuring at all times a 15 point check sheet is correctly completed, recording findings and analysing trends.
Thorough inspections are to include but not limited to:
*All manufactured windows
*All aftersales ticket items produced as per the production planner
*All samples
*Proactively embrace Total Quality Management ("TQM") through the production Process abiding by the Company’s ISO 45001 accreditation policy standard.
*Cleaning product to the Company standard process ensuring correct labelling is in place. *Carrying out any required minor repairs to all products at the end of the production *process during the inspection
*Full glass inspection against the Company visual standards.
*Inspecting of sample batches of balances for correct strength and straightness
