Accounts Assistant| Temporary| Nottingham

Calling all experienced Accounts Assistants in Nottingham! Cherry Professional is currently on the lookout for a talented individual to join a finance team on a temporary basis based in Nottingham.

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll dive into the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable ledgers, handling payment runs and beyond.
This is a temporary position that is fully onsite.

Please note that you would need to be immediately available or on a short-term notice period.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the purchase/sales ledgers.
Raise invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
Manage payment runs and process credit card transactions.
Prepare bank payments and authorised intercompany transfers.

About You:
Finance Experience, Proven background working within a full finance function.
Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Excel skills.
High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
