Marketing Assistant - Property
Manchester
£25000-30,000 + benefits and bonus (depending on experience)
Our client is a major property developer with a superb reputation for innovative projects both in the UK and internationally.
Due to internal promotion, they urgently require an experience Marketing professional to help deliver marketing and social media projects and work closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver their objectives.
This is a varied and hands-on role that will work across the marketing function and will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including the marketing agency and the design agency to ensure a high quality of collateral. You will set up email campaigns in Mailchimp and help coordinate the delivery of marketing events, ensuring they fit with the company strategy.
You will analyse the data and help with Press releases, always ensuring that your campaigns are in line with the ever-evolving property sector, where deadlines and quality of information are key.
This is an opportunity for someone with relevant marketing expertise to work for a leading organisation with a sociable working environment and long-term career opportunities.
You should have a proactive, creative mindset and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary is dependent on experience.
