Description:
* Are you a driven direct marketing specialist with a passion to help shape and implement a large-scale direct customer marketing program?
* Our Client, is looking for a talented direct marketing specialist to join its Customer Marketing Team. You will be instrumental in delivering the day to day operational elements of our truly global direct marketing program through channels such as email and app push notifications to drive incremental business and customer value.
What you’ll do:
* Build email and push marketing campaigns for our focus markets
* Proof and test all global email campaigns before they reach our customers
* Monitor email program deployment to ensure all sends go out correctly and proactively identify potential program issues quickly and efficiently
* Support customer targeting (audience building, list generation, control groups etc) through Audience Builder and other SFMC tools, including setting-up A/B tests
* Assist with CRM Marketing trading reporting by cooperating with our business insights team to deliver analysis and insights on our email and push programs
* Proactively come up with and implement strategies to ensure our communications are optimally produced, production processes are robust and our overall execution is efficient
* Work closely with the CRM product team define requirements, test and implement new platform capability
Required Qualifications:
* Demonstrable skills within HTML, CSS, scripting language, and SQL.
* 1+ years of experience in SFMC. Experience with data cloud is an add-on.
* Basic programming language knowledge is a real benefit.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* University Degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong collaborative approach to team work.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
