Sales Executive * Job Type: Full-time
* Location: Redhill, Surrey 
* Salary: £28-30,000 +uncapped commission 
We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive with a passion for sustainability and exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in securing new business and nurturing existing relationships, offering waste solutions that help businesses achieve their environmental goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Generate new business through cold-calling and arranging client meetings.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with tailored solutions.
* Respond promptly to sales inquiries and maintain high customer service standards.
* Build strong client relationships with regular visits and follow-ups.
* Prepare monthly sales reports and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
* Use CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Full UK driving licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Experience in customer engagement and relationship building.
* Strong time-management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a commitment to excellent customer service.
