RG Consultancy are working with an excellent Energy company based at Birchwood, Warrington and are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the department. This is a hands on, busy position and would suit someone who has experience working with customers.
Duties include:
* Chasing debt via telephone and email
* Setting up payment plans and resolving queries
* Processing payments
* Taking card payments over the telephone
* Identifying vulnerable customers
* Management of your own portfolio of customers
* Other adhoc duties
