2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
Leeds/Onsite
£25,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
* Resolve escalated technical issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
* Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Collaborate with 1st line support engineers to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Document all support activities, solutions, and client interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes and procedures.

* Networking knowledge - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
