We are seeking enthusiastic Call Handlers to assist with our A Level Results Day advice line. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity spanning three days: August 13th, 14th, and 15th. You will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to prospective students during this pivotal time.

* Role: Call Handler
* Dates: 13th, 14th, and 15th August
* Location: Bidborough House Campus, London WC1H 9BT
* Pay Rate: £15.84 per hour
About the Role:
As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for students receiving their A Level results. Your primary responsibilities will include answering queries, providing information, and offering support to help students navigate their next steps in the admissions process.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills
* A friendly and professional demeanour
* Ability to handle a high volume of calls with efficiency and empathy
* Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
