Job Purpose
*Oversee a portfolio of clients, supporting businesses across a wide range of sectors.
*Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits.
*Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.
*Supervise audits carried out by other team members, ensuring they’re completed to deadline and within budget.
*Be the go-to advisor for clients, building professional relationships and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving.
*Support business planning work, providing trusted advisory.
*Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for existing and potential clients.
*Supervise junior team members, providing constructive mentorship.
*Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
