Job Description:
We are looking for a HR and Reward Associate with experience in pay and reward to complete the day to day project work with the support and guidance of an already appointed Pay and Reward subject matter expert.

Description
This HR & Reward Associate role will consist of the following tasks
* Review existing compensation and benefits programmes (policies, documents)
* Collect data through stakeholder interviews to assess if practices are fit for purpose
* Examine Pay and Reward data provided
* Benchmark against market positioning and identify target state
* Identify external factors impacting compensation
* Engagement with Trade Unions to identify red-line and priorities
* Clearly outline and articulate the current state and work closely with the Pay and Reward SME to advise on the future state.
* Summarise critical issues affecting the current pay and reward system.
* Highlight disparities, inconsistencies, and areas of misalignment with market positioning
* Execute a current cost analysis and proposed-changes costing, comparing this against a budget impact analysis.
* Topics may include performance pay, variable pay, transparency, and flexibility.
* Create an overarching pay and reward framework with the support of the Pay and Reward SME
Profile
This HR & Reward Associate will need to have experience of Pay and Reward practices, ideally within a public sector environment, and be confident in delivering the tasks outlined below.

* Remote working (With local knowledge to Liverpool market)
* 300pd outside of IR35
