Change and Readiness Lead
Up to 120k per annum + up to a 30% bonus

* be responsible for supporting the Head of and each initiative’s Delivery Leads with Business readiness to absorb change and drive user adoption.
* will work closely with both BAU Change teams to develop and implement a leading change management framework to deliver sustainable business and people-related outcomes
* champion best practice in organisational change management and provide expert advice for team members and the project/change community
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organisational change management within complex working environments, advising others in delivery.
should be adaptable, with a strong ability to communicate the benefits of people and organisational change management practices within a business.
