This role offers a temp-to-perm transition and is ideal for someone looking for stable, long-term employment. Start immediately you will be put forward to a 2 stage interview between us and the client. The ideal candidate will have to be available immediately and HAVE 5 YEARS REFRENCE READY.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform vehicle checks at the start of each shift and report any defects or damage.
* Ensure vehicle is checked, sealed, and refrigeration maintained for food safety before departure.
* Load and unload catering safely, promptly, and hand over to crew with proper documentation.
* Adhere to DVLA, local, and airport driving regulations; follow training protocols strictly.
* Operate high loader vehicles and perform minor maintenance, ensuring vehicle cleanliness.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 HGV License.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to start work at 03:00 AM.
* Physically fit for lifting and shifting duties.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
