Summary
CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with one of the UK’s leading Care & Education Groups in looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor.
Overview
Initially a 3-month contract with great potential for longer or even perm, as the Estates Surveyor you will manage the property portfolio condition, supervising the property maintenance & improvement team, manage property refurbishment & construction projects that support the core business.
In this varying and exciting role, you will carry out property condition and dilapidation surveys nationwide with 3, sometimes 4 days out on site and the rest at home. You will play a vital role in ensuring the residents and staff have a safe and efficient environment to excel in.
Reporting into the Senior Estates Manager you’ll be the spearhead in leading the maintenance of the property portfolio, supervising the multi trade maintenance team and managing the property portfolio inspections.

Essential Criteria
* Experience in a similar role in highly regulated sector
* Rics accreditation or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years Estates/Facilities experience
