Senior SRE/Platform Engineer sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf.
*Inside Ir35 - 3 days a week onsite*

We’re seeking an experienced Senior SRE/Platform Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Kubernetes-based infrastructure
- Develop and optimize containerized applications using Docker
- Create efficient CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery
- Implement comprehensive observability solutions using Grafana, Mimir, and Prometheus stack
- Good hands-on experience using Splunk & ELK for Log monitoring and alerting
- Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Python, Golang, or similar languages
- Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application deployability and supportability
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, or equivalent programming languages
- In-depth knowledge of observability tools and practices
- Extensive experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
