Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Operator for one our clients based in Bishop Stortford.
Main responsibilities are to Operate A X Y Z CNC routers to cut, shape and finish materials such as plastics and composites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate production
· Set up and Calibrate CNC routers, including loading and unloading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and inputting programmed solutions.
· Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality.
· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC routers to ensure optimal performance.
· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
· Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Skills, experience & Knowledge
· Good maths skills for performing calculations and measurements.
· Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency with VCARVE PRO.
· Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques.
