Reed have a fantastic new opportunity to join a leading organisation, in the position of Business Sales Executive in Norwich City Centre!
Hybrid working available!
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Sales Executive will contact business clients who have registered their details online, following up their enquiry and outlining the services available to them, with a view to signing them up for the business services. They will also contact both new existing customers to upsell additional services, to drive more revenue for the company (80% existing/warm business and 20% new business).
The ideal candidate will have a keen ambition to learn and develop, self-motivation, and excellent relationship building skills.
The role

- Ability to drive proactive targeted outreach to warm prospects to build a solid pipeline

- Develop qualified leads and move to conversion

- Offer initial solution overview and help identify customer goals/challenges

- Proactively engage with prospects and follow up with clients to meet their needs

- Qualify and follow up on new business sales opportunities, following the agreed sales process and methodology, delivering a high standard of engagement to potential customers.

- Oversee the engagement of subject matter experts to ensure that the customer understands the specific value proposition and business benefits of the wider range of products and services.

- Maintain documentation of agreements, opportunities and wider conversations.

- Generate excitement, enthusiasm and commitment to the achievement of business strategy and goals.
Person specification
• Existing sales experience - preferably from an office based position, although sales professionals from non-commercial roles will be considered, along with commercially minded graduates that are keen to move into a career in Sales.  
• Experience speaking to clients to identify their current business challenges and needs

• Target driven with ability to work to individual targets and business objectives

• Be proactive and resilient
