Office Coordinator - central Oxford - 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A FIXED TERM ROLE HOWEVER THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE OF PERM CONTRACT AFTER 12 MONTHS.
* £35,000 pa plus Holiday Pay

All Applicants must have the following:
* Experience in similar role that involved office coordination and organisational work
* Excellent communication skills
* Office administration and customer service experience

Principal Duties:
* Communication with on site employees re events, announcements and meetings
* Liaise with cleaning company re cleaning standards, reorder of cleaning equipment etc
* Liaise with catering company re small office events (i.e ensuring right amount of people catered for etc)
* Assist in organising meeting rooms
* Email on site employees about upcoming events and announcements
* Order stationary, items for vending machines, tea, coffee supplies etc
* Straightforward administration and data entry work
£35k pa, Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm -with option to work from home 2 days of the week
