Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist will collaborate with marketing, legal teams, and agencies to promote the companies brands. This role involves managing PR efforts, creating content, planning events, and maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
* PR and Media Relations:
* Research, prepare, and distribute press releases.
* Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
* Use PR content to generate backlinks to groups websites.

* Client Communications:
* Plan and manage key client communications projects.
* Assist in managing webinars, including planning, content, invitations, setup, recording, and follow-up.

* Content Creation and Strategy:
* Develop content for email campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing managers.
* Create video and animation content aligned with brand messages.
* Generate and optimise website content for search engines.

* Website and Data Management:
* Update the groups websites using the content management system.
* Analyse data to evaluate content and event performance.

* Community and Brand Management:
* Grow and manage the online community, including generating and responding to reviews.
* Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all activities.
* Create visuals for social media, press, websites, and print using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.

* Event Management:
* Plan and manage events in line with business objectives, including budgeting, supplier liaison, and evaluation.

* Internal Communication and Training:
* Use internal platforms to share updates with colleagues.
* Develop and host internal marketing courses through the companies Academy.

Qualifications:
* Experience in a marketing communications role and experience within PR / Journalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of SEO and data analysis tools.
Preferred Attributes:
* Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
