Job Description:
Davies Talent Solutions are looking for Complaint Handlers to join their team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing as a Complaints Handler?
* Provide the best dispute resolution service through engaged people and driving excellence in customer service
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers with complaints - Taking full responsibility for the complaints process - acknowledging, thoroughly investigating, and effectively resolving issues to ensure a positive customer outcome.
* Ensure each case is handled with the highest level of professionalism, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
* Respond to customer complaints via phone, email and written correspondence in a timely and empathetic manner
* Thoroughly investigate complaints by gathering all relevant information, liaising with internal departments and relevant third parties and reviewing customer accounts
What do we need from you?
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to have difficult conversations professionally
* Strong investigative skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience of working in a complaints handling environment - Finance or Financial Services essential
