Pertemps are recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to join an esteemed client and one of the best engine component manufacturers in the world! The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap between complex product specifications and customer needs. This is a full time permanent position, with the opportunity for hybrid working.

Technical Sales Engineer Duties;
- Communicate all technical support and advice to customers
- Work closely with the engineering teams and production managers to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to after sales support
- Manage order status and update customers
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues
- Raising customer quotations
- Raising sales orders
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the production manager
- Lead sales meetings and represent the sales department at production and project meetings

Technical Sales Engineer Requirements;
- 3 + years’ experience in CNC machining and a precision manufacturing environment
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Apprenticeship or Qualification within Engineering

Technical Sales Engineer Package;
- Permanent Full Time - 40 hours a week
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum - depending on experiance
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
- Opportunity for hybrid working once a week
- Additional hours outside of the shifts may be required
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
