Red Snapper Managed Services has a great opportunity available to support a project in a British Overseas Territory located in the Caribbean region.
As a Violence Reduction Coordinator, you will work with a public health approach to violence reduction, enabling transformative and sustainable change through strong multi-agency partnership working.
Due to recent rapid increases in violent crime, including homicides and significant injuries from incidents involving firearms, the island needs support to connect and scale up activities.
This is a 20-month project with the aim to build a community of safe guarders and strengthen multi-agency working with strategic direction.
The responsibilities will include:
* Reforming the Criminal Justice framework, including policy drafting and development.
* Developing and delivering a community and multi-agency wide violence reduction model to address both current issues and upstream risk factors.
