We are recruiting for an experienced law firm Partner to join the Employment, Pensions and Immigration practice of a full service national law firm. This role is based in Oxford and requires a strong understanding of employment, pensions, and/or immigration law.

Description
* Lead and manage a comprehensive range of employment, pensions, and/or immigration cases.
* Provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high quality service delivery.
* Oversee the effective management of case files, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the legal department.
* Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in employment, pensions, and immigration law.
* Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives within the legal department.
Profile
A successful Employment/Pensions/Immigration Partner should have:
* Be a registered solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
* Extensive knowledge of employment, pensions, and immigration law.
* Proven experience in a senior legal role within the business services industry.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* A degree in law from a recognised institution.
