Job Description:
This role will involve providing administrative support from point of customer orders through to despatch
Attention to detail, strong IT alongside experience of working in a similar role are required.
Prior experience of processing client orders. answering questions & queries and liasing via email is required.
Person specification
* Experience of working in an inventory-based business.
* Order processing experience
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to understand customer pain points and a genuine desire to help our customers resolve issues.
* Competent in the use of Excel to create reports and analyse data.
* Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
* SAP experience highly advantageous.
* Logistics and supply chain knowledge with domestic and international shipments will be an advantage alongside Warehouse or 3PL experience.
* 7.30-4.30 Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day (40 hours per week)
* 100% office based - no option for hybrid/remote working.
