Job
The role of Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
* Preparing budget
* Producing management accounts and ad hoc reports
* Liaising and supporting annual audit
* Supporting budget holders with financial information and finance management
* Supporting fundraisers with financial information pursuant to applications and reporting on grants received (project budgets and expenditure)
* Managing payroll processes
* Leading organisational planning and reporting
* Leading on information management systems/IT
* Providing a finance report to board meetings, supported by CEO
* Supervising one direct report: Finance Administrator
You
As a Finance Manager, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
* Proven experience in finance management
* Previous experience within the not-for-profit sector preferred
* Accountancy qualification or studying towards qualification will be beneficial
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to produce detailed financial reports and forecasts
* Experience in managing payroll
