Reed are exclusively working with a luxurious brand, supporting in growing their Marketing Team and looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant to join the team on a permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday office hours between 9am-5pm.
Salary £23,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience
Hybrid working available.
This role will be key in supporting the Marketing Manager and the team to ensure the brand message of the company is reaching both customer and wholesale clients, via the website, social media, PR, adverts, bloggers and marketing campaigns
* Assisting in decision-making processes for implementation of marketing and customer/client led campaigns on social platforms, in line with managers guidance
* Analysing social marketing platforms and researching trends, to report on successes and development areas
* Assisting the PR & Events team with social media plans for events and support in proposing suitable events to attend
* Providing social media coverage at events alongside the team
* Updating all social media platforms regularly and creating weekly content schedules
* Liaising with new and existing influencers
* Assistant with identifying and acting on sponsorship opportunities
* Communicating with the wider business on social media plans to ensure they are working in line with branding guidelines and marketing objectives
* Assist with maintaining relationships with partner organisations and provide content as required
* Contributing to continuous improvement and creating ideas for giveaways on various social platforms
* Support with designs for social posts and content videos would be helpful, using creative software
The person we are looking for…
* Ideally some existing experience with Marketing, or a Marketing related degree/qualification
* A Passion for social media, experience desirable for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude
* Personable individual who works well as a team
* Flexibility to attend events across the UK (travel and accommodation will be paid for)
* Customer focused
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Effective communication and relationship management between teams
* Ability to analyse information and drive continuous improvements
* Works well under pressure with varying deadlines
* Ability to use initiative and problem solve
* Innovative and enjoys sharing ideas
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Hootsuite would be desirable, but not essential
