We are currently recruiting on behalf of a massive organization that is currently dominating the market. Our client is the leading provider of gaming entertainment, with more than 270 venues across the UK and operate in over 50 countries worldwide!
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site is perfomaring efficiently and effectively on a day to day basis, aswell as ensuring the required standards are met and/or surpassed. To represent the company in a professional manner, leading your team by example.
* Managing a team across shift patterns, responsible leadership for rota management
* Recruitment & Training
* Management of store P&L
* Management of budgets and cash flow
* Ensure quality service is provided at all times, living the company values
* HR responsibilities, performance management, disciplinary procedures when required
Requirements:
* At least 4 years managerial experience (Team Leader, Supervisor, Floor Manager, Store Manager etc.)
* Profit and loss management experience
* Retail / Hospitality or Leisure experience - customer facing environments (Fast paced)
* Full UK License with access to own vehicle
