Audit Senior Manager Position - Gatwick - Top 10 Accountancy Firm
Are you an Audit Senior Manager looking to work on a broad range of clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to listed organisations and multi-national groups? Audit Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
* Act as audit lead, responsible for people management including resource planning and allocation, performance management, training and recommendations for promotion.
* Maximising profitability from a portfolio of audited entities.
* Liaison with central departments on risk management, technical and other matters.
* Contribute to development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity.
As an Audit Senior Manager, you will:
* Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
* Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
* Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients
* Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
* Preferably have working knowledge of ProAudit or Caseware
* Ideally have experience of external auditing of listed corporations under IFRS
* Ideally have audited large, consolidated group structures
In return as an Audit Senior Manager, you will receive:
* 35-hour week
* paid overtime
* 28 days holiday
* hybrid working (50% working from home)
* 8% pension
* up to 15% bonus
