Audit Manager Position - Edinburgh - Top 10 Accountancy Firm
Are you an Audit Manager looking to work on a broad range of clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to listed organisations and multi-national groups? Audit Manager responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of audited entities.
* Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
* Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills required.
* Ensure that the firm’s risk management and quality control procedures are always adhered to.
* Support Partners with the implementation and communication of any new business strategy for existing and target audit entities as well as the internal business.
As an Audit Manager, you will:
* Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
* Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
* Be experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
* Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
* Preferably have working knowledge of ProAudit or Caseware
* Ideally have experience of external auditing of listed corporations under IFRS
* Ideally have audited large, consolidated group structures
In return as an Audit Manager, you will receive:
* 35-hour week
* paid overtime
* 28 days holiday
* hybrid working (50% working from home)
* 8% pension
* up to 15% bonus
