Job Description:
Role: Change Manager (FTC for 10 months initially)
Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per annum
Location: Mostly Remote - With Occasional Travel Onsite
We are supporting our Financial Services client in search of a Change Manager to oversee regulatory change projects on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Regulatory Change and Operational Resilience, with preferred experience in Basil 3.1 implementation or similar regulatory frameworks.
To note: Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in Change Management or Leadership roles. Project Managers with Change experience are not suitable for this position.
