Shifts: 4 on, 4 off Days (6am to 6pm) and Nights (6pm to 6am)

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee maintaining high store standards, ensuring product availability, and achieving cost-efficient purchasing. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team to process orders correctly
* Oversee the issuing of stock products to clients
* Ensure timely expediting of purchase orders
* Accurately record delivered goods in the stock control system
* Confirm and document customer deliveries
* Conduct and supervise rotational stock checks
* Record stock locations and adjustments
Key Skills:
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Ability to deliver excellent client experience and satisfaction
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in IT (SAP, MS Excel preferred)
