* Student Progress: Monitor and support the progress of all students, providing feedback that helps them achieve their academic goals.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Science department and other colleagues to share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
* Assess and track student progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
* Support extracurricular science activities and events.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a science-related subject.
* A passion for science and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Previous science teacher experience would be beneficial
