We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our clients expanding showroom team. You will work closely with their showroom team to deliver outstanding service to their customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator who thrives in a customer service and sales environment. The fast-paced nature of this role demands excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks while being proactive and reactive to customer needs.
Description of the role:
* Support the showroom team and provide excellent customer service.
* Guide customers through the sales process via phone, email, and in person.
* Offer technical and design advice and resolve customer queries.
* Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to the customer database.
* Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide outstanding after-sales service.
* Provide advice on suitability, sizing, and pricing, with a flair for interiors.
* Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
* Arrange sample dispatches.
* Welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
* Maintain a clean and tidy showroom.
* Provide refreshments to customers during appointments.
* Confirm showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival.
About you:
* Experience in a sales environment.
* Extremely well-organised and able to prioritise tasks.
* Enthusiastic and hands-on; thrives in a busy, fast-paced company.
* Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
* Strong customer focus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
* Proficiency in using a CRM.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
