Facilities Manager - Banking
Sterling Williams are working with a City based Bank who are looking to hire for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their small facilities team on a permanent basis.
Salary circa £50 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits; and hybrid working is offered.
The role will report to a Head of, the successful candidate will cover a variety of duties across the banks estate including but not limited to Vendor & Supplier Management - dealing with third party contracts, servicing and maintenance, alongside responsibility for Health and safety reporting and making sure all aspects of the estate meet Health and Safety requirements.
The portfolio consists of up to 10 sites and some ’day trip’ travel may be necessary to other offices.
Ideally the successful candidate will have tangible experience of facilities management within a corporate, banking, or financial services environment, alongside demonstrable exposure to understanding health and safety requirements.
