We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who is passionate about events and developing strong relationships with key clients. You would be joining an established, market-leading and fast-growing event production business to help them manage clients and deliver services through seamless project management in order to help their pharmaceutical focused events succeed.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Accounts Compliance Manager to join their growing medical portfolio. The successful candidate will support the sales and marketing teams, focusing on our top pharmaceutical clients.
What will this role include?
* Managing top pharmaceutical client relationships and ensuring compliance.
* Team Collaboration - working with sales and marketing for seamless service delivery.
* Assisting clients with paperwork to ensure timely payment and regulatory adherence.
* Overseeing approval of artwork and materials, ensuring compliance.
* Communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams.
* Keeping up to date with industry regulations for proactive support.
* Addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Collaborating with client legal and finance teams on MSAs.
* Enhancing client satisfaction and retention with the Head of Pharmaceutical Accounts.
* Providing compliance guidance, support, training, and updated materials.
* Working with Compliance Hub for compliance support.
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
* Must have account management experience within events
* Experienced Project Manager
* Effective Communicator: Engage well with individuals at all levels.
* Organized and Detail-Oriented: Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Client Relationship Builder: Foster strong client relationships and offer support.
* Customer-Focused: Thrive in roles involving direct client interaction.
* Flexible and Adaptable: Meet evolving client and organizational needs.
* Relevant Experience: Preferred but not required in compliance or healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors.
