My client are an International Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in York. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.
This position is part time and would suit candidates who are looking for around 22.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have some previous Administration experience.
As an Office Administration Assistant your duties will include:
* Answering calls and taking messages for the team
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Maintaining all office supplies
* Booking and arranging meetings
* Assisting with travel arrangements
* General filing, printing and scanning
As an Office Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
* Previous Administration experience is essential
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication
