We are looking for a qualified accountant who will:
•    Lead & Coach – lead, coach and oversee the professional development of the accounts team, both individually and corporately. 
•    Oversee Business Control - lead quantitative and qualitative analytical work to produce business insights and drive sound decision making on key business issues. Coordinate month end, all departmental budgets, projections, and forecasting activities.
•    Own Accounting & Reporting - designing, implementing, and maintaining financial management and reporting systems as well as administrative business processes, to support the effective use of financial resources.
•    Promote Continuous Improvement - proactively challenge overall business performance and processes, lead in internal and external audits, and initiate improvement proposals.
•    Communicate & Influence – able to demonstrate sound business understanding, confidently communicate insights and positively influencing stakeholders, external customers, and the broader business.
