Title: Client Relationship Officer
Location: Northampton
Work Type: Fulltime - 35 hours (9-5, Monday - Friday), office-based
Salary £21-23K

Your Role:
- Provide top-notch liaison and administrative support.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address queries.
- Assist client managers and support the onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain and manage client reports efficiently.
- Promote continuous improvement of processes.
About You:
- Confident in understanding and meeting client requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task.
