ICT Technician
Luton, Bedfordshire
£30,000 + Pension + Parking + Private Medical + 25 days holiday

Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round IT support both remotely and in person
- Completing workstation OS server build and ADS administration
- Maintaining successful backups, WSDS for servers/workstations
- Logging and taking ownership for incidents and problems on service desk
- Providing 1st/2nd line support for workstation, laptops, applications, printers and mobile devices
- Maintaining asset register and administering inventory control management
