An exciting opportunity has arisen with our manufacturing client based in the Warrington area for a Service / Quote Controller to be based on site along side the controller team.

KPI’s will be set to keep you on your toes in this demanding yet enjoyable position.
Whilst managing customer queries, machine breakdowns and quotations and engineer call outs, you will be juggling many plates to keep you busy.
* Handling customers about quotation queries
* Raising third party quotations for work sent in
* Chasing inspections / end of contract quotations
* Regular quote monitor checks to send, amend or fix issues with quotations
* To optimise the communication and operational links between the engineer service field team and service control
* To create and chase down quotes to customers to ensure all quoted works are approved and actioned correctly
* Management of all reactive, planned and outstanding engineer tasks
* To effectively communicate all out of service machinery to ensure customers are kept up to date with progress
* Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
* To conduct each transaction with external and internal customers in a professional and competent manner consistent with maximising customer satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business and profit growth for the business.
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
All we ask is that you be an excellent communicator with first class customer handling skills, having experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment.
Have a confident and pleasant telephone manner
Possess strong decision making and prioritisation skills
Have well developed IT skills particularly Excel. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines and targets
Have exceptional organisational skills
