Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of dedicated care workers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and SCCIF, maintaining the highest standards of care.
* Uphold and promote the highest standards of safeguarding practices.
* Deliver tailored, outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of vulnerable children.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
* Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory standards.
* Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
